How can you get an health insurance as a romanian ?

My name is Iulian Olaru and i'm a romanian. I have been coming to The Netherlands since late 2009 visiting my best friend and last year in october i have decided to move definetely here. I have engaged all necesary paper work for my legal stay but i seem to be stuck regarding the health insurance. The dutch law states that at the moment of registration to the city hall, you are automaticaly considered and obligated to have a basic health insurance which is impossible for me. Why ? Because i was declined by 6 health insurance companies for 6 different reasons. I have tried to get information from all possible official sources but nobody seems to know what the procedures actually are. Last chance is to try the media and if no, going even further as again the dutch law states that if in 4 months time you fail to get a basic health insurance, you will receive a number of fines ( 3 if i'm correct ) after which you will be forced to a health insurance package provided by the guvernment. Any information will be more than appreciated after which i am willing to go publicly to proove the flawed guvernment. Thank you in advance
P.S: i am not a student. i am not working. i have the financial means to support myself and i will study, i will work, i will pay taxes and most importantly i will NOT depend on the social help. ( this to clarify again the flawed west european mentality )
In order to be approved for a Dutch health insurance, you need to have a residence permit.
You also need to have 1 of the following: an income, benefits, a scholarship, or a Dutch inhabitant who guarantees your expenses.
It seems that your stay in Holland hasn't been approved yet. Which means you don't have a VISA/residence permit. Therefore Dutch health insurance companies will deny your request.

In my mind, i am approved as all the information that i got said that i only need to register to the city hall to get the BSN number, after which everything is just simple formality. Anyway, from what i understand from you is that next step would be to go to the IND office in Zwolle.
By such and with all respect and good will, i can say that the dutch guvernment is not prepared at all or they refuse to provide accurate information.
The IND office which i called a few months ago, said that i don't really need a residence permit for there beeing an european citizen, it is enough to register at the city hall after which all health insurance companies ought to accept me. Besides this, i can't even open a bank account.
You don't need a visa for travelling to Holland, but for health insurance you need to be working in Holland or be a resident. You have a legal stay in Holland, but i don't think you are considered to be a resident. So probably that is the reason you can't get insurance.
For the time being it is possible to get an insurance at Oom Verzekeringen. But i think you should apply for a residence permit. When you get that you can (have to) get Dutch insurance.

Schimmel in trapkast
Ik woon sinds een week in een koopwoning uit 1974. We hebben 4 maanden geklust en toen zag ik al zwarte schimmel in de trapkast, die deels onder de grond zit. Dit zat op 3 van de 4 muren, alleen op kelderniveau. Er zit geen kruipruimte, en aan de andere kant van de muren zit dus grond. (Die waarschijnlijk flink vochtig is na alle regen van de afgelopen maanden.)

Waspods het meest onzinnige bedenksel...
Ben ik de enige die vindt dat de waspods, met 3 of 4 verschillende gescheiden ingrediënten het grootst mogelijke onzinbedenksel is?
Met moeite gescheiden in zo'n pod gepropt en komt dan in de wasmachine binnen no- time weer bij elkaar zodra het omhulsel is gesmolten..en in verhouding giga-duur !!

Garantie Dyson stofzuiger
Goedemiddag, Op 8 mei hebben we een defect doorgegeven aan Dyson. Deze viel in de garantie en zou opgestuurd worden. Heb ook een bevestiging gekregen dat het onderdeel besteld zou worden. Wij kunnen de stofzuiger nu niet gebruiken en omdat het onderdeel vandaag (30-5) er nog steeds niet is heb ik contact opgenomen. Wel of geen trekhaak
Mijn Ford Fiësta ST van april 2018 heeft een trekkracht van 0 en mag dus niets trekken, maar hoe zit ik met de verzekering als ik er een trekhaak op laat zetten die ik alleen voor het vervoer van de crossfiets van mijn zoontje gebruikt. Zou ik nu een nieuwe kopen mag het wel.

Kruidvat foto cd's niet afleesbaar
De foto's die ik destijds bij KRUIDVAT op cd's heb laten zetten zijn niet of heel moeilijk af te spelen op de pc en volgens kruidvat fotoservice is dat niet hun verandwoordelijkheid en kan het zeker niet afgespeeld worden op DVD.
WIE is hier verandwoordelijk voor???
