1. first close all your browser windows and clear your internet temporary files by selecting start > run, type 'cleanmgr' and click ok.
2. start your pc in safe mode (by pressing f8 key continueously during startup)
3. then scan your system with https://www.safecart.com/shop">stopzilla (even naar beneden scrollen en de try now button kiezen) and remove all the infections it finds.
4. reboot your pc.
5. immediately scan your system a second time with stopzilla and remove any remaining infections.
