Ryanair refund

En als je het dan terugvraagt krijg je deze reactie :

i acknowledge receipt of your recent letter. 

ryanair tickets are fully flexible, however as stated in our fare rules, all tickets are non refundable.

as per our general terms and conditions of carriage which are agreed to at the time of ticket purchase, customers can change flights dates, times and routes by paying a change fee along with any fare difference applicable (subject to seat availability). these changes can made up to 4 hours prior to the scheduled flight departure time of your outbound journey online at http://www.ryanair.com/" target="_blank" data-saferedirecturl="https://www.google.com/url?hl=nl&q=http://www.ryanair.com&source=gmail&ust=1478917079316000&usg=afqjcnfwdb8kgia3xvdp08ira-nr2yyxbw">www.ryanair.com or via a ryanair reservation centre (subject to centre opening hours).

a customers name can be changed online at the rate of £110/€110 or via the airport or reservation centre at the rate of £160/€160. name changes can be made up to 4 hours prior to the scheduled flight departure time either online (unless you have already checked in online*) or via a reservation centre (subject to opening hours). any name change made to a flight reservation must be for that individual customers complete flight itinerary.

*customers who have checked in online but now wish to change a flight date, route or customer name must contact a reservation centre up to the day prior to flight departure(subject to opening hours) to have the required flight(s)unchecked. once the flight(s) have been unchecked the reservation can be changed via manage my booking. name changes are not possible if any flight sector in the booking has been flown. this service is not available at the airport.

whilst we sympathise with your circumstances, we regret we are unable process a refund or issue you with a credit for booking confirmation number ........

however, we would recommend that you contact your travel insurance company regarding any possible claim.
